Our peppers are produced with fresh raw materials, harvested in the fields of the many farms close to us, from which we reserve the crops, and immediately put into processing. We begin with the control of their quality, which is followed by cleaning, careful washing and slicing, immediately after the peppers are grilled in a special grill oven and immediately acidified. They are then manually packaged in sterile containers of various sizes, which, vacuum sealed, undergo an appropriate pasteurization process (which allows them to be stored even at room temperature). The production cycle ends with a further quality control, with the attribution of the production and labeling batch, and with storage in cold rooms at a controlled temperature, to better preserve their organoleptic characteristics and turgidity.
Grilled peppers can be enjoyed as an appetizer, as a side dish, as a midday snack, or simply as a main dish for a light and healthy meal. Any occasion is good to enjoy them, alone or in company, at home or outdoors.

Method of preserving
The intact packages can be stored preferably in the fridge at +4°, the opened packages must be stored in the fridge at +4° by covering the product with oil.
